Description

The top wand holster for backpack sprayers is designed to hold the sprayer wand when not in use.

IMPORTANT: FlowZone has multiple mount styles that appear even within the same model number.

This version has been designed for the series 3 mount which I call the 1 piece narrow wedge with “fin”.

There is also a “2 piece narrow” wedge, and a “tab” style connector for series 3, swap tank, and series 2 units.

Included Hardware:

• M4×30 stainless steel cap screw

• M4 nylon locknut

• 3 mm Allen wrench

Installation

1. Remove the existing holder.

2. Slide the holder onto the wedge mount. Use firm, even pressure—do not hammer.

3. Insert the screw through the mounting hole from either direction.

4. Thread the locknut on by hand.

5. Use the 3 mm wrench to snug the screw until the threads engage the nylon locking ring.

   – The screw acts as a retention stop to prevent the holster from sliding upward off the mount.

6. Install nozzles in nozzle holders integrated into the mount.

Use Instructions

• Insert the nozzle into the holster.

• Secure the wand using the keeper – use firm direct pressure.
