We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase.


🛍️ Product-Specific Return Guidelines

👕 Hats

  • Can be returned if unworn, unwashed, and in new condition
  • Hats that are soiled, worn, or show signs of use are not returnable
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

🧰 Electronics Kits

  • May be returned if unassembled and in like-new condition
  • Kits that are partially assembled or missing components are not eligible for return
  • If returned in sellable condition, a refund will be issued (minus shipping)

💻 Software & Digital Products

  • One-time software purchases can be canceled before download
  • Subscription products (monthly or annual) may be canceled at any time, but no refunds are issued for unused time
  • All digital content is non-returnable once accessed

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Opened health or personal care items
  • Custom or made-to-order products (unless defective)
  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)

💳 Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
  2. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

🎁 Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit
  • If the gift was shipped to the giver first, the refund goes to the original purchaser

🚚 Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Consider a trackable shipping method and insurance, especially for higher-value items
