B. Nature of brokerage services
Swamp Ventures LLC dba NanoHawk is registered with the Public Utility Commission of Texas as an electricity broker. NanoHawk provides information and assistance to help customers evaluate retail electricity providers and their offerings.
NanoHawk is not a retail electric provider and does not generate, transmit, or deliver electricity. Electricity service agreements are between customers and their selected providers. NanoHawk does not guarantee electricity rates, savings, or availability.
C. Broker compensation
Swamp Ventures LLC dba NanoHawk does not currently receive commissions or referral compensation from retail electric providers.
D. Retail electric provider affiliations
Swamp Ventures LLC dba NanoHawk is not affiliated with any retail electric provider.
E. Customer agreements
NanoHawk will disclose applicable brokerage service terms, compensation arrangements, agreement duration, and cancellation conditions before providing brokerage services, as required by 16 TAC §25.486.
Customers retain their right to file complaints with the Public Utility Commission of Texas.

NanoHawk will investigate complaints and provide information about the PUCT complaint process as required by 16 TAC §25.486.
NanoHawk is registered under 16 TAC §25.112 and subject to the customer protection requirements of 16 TAC §25.486.
