Wand to PenLight Flashlight Holder

Description

Penlight Flashlight holder for mounting on the spray wand. Works with Flowzone® and B&G® sprayers.  Will work with any sprayer with approximately a 10mm (.38 inch) shaft.  Designed for a Coast G19 or G20 penlight, but compatible with penlights that are 15.8mm or 5/8″ in diameter.  When used with a Coast G19 the flashlight, AAA battery, Mount and hardware weigh approximately 1.5 oz.  Designed to be installed on the sprayer wand to put light where you need it while doing crack, crevice and void treatments.  Made from a durable, UV and Heat resistant plastic.  Unlike clip-on products this will not fall off if you bump or catch your light on something.

Known Issues:
– The mount will not fit through the B&G “D-Ring” holster.  There is not a good solution to this problem right now, it’s an issue with the size of the D-Ring.

Note: No flashlight, spray unit, pesticide, bait or other items are included.  Only the 3D printed flashlight mount and included hardware are being sold.

Included Hardware:

• 1 M4×20 stainless steel cap screw

• 1 M4x30 stainless steel cap screw

• 2 pcs M4 nylon locknut

• 3 mm Allen wrench

Installation

1. Make sure all components are at room temperature.

2. Gently slide the holder onto the wand.

3. Insert the screw through the mounting holes from either direction.

4. Thread the locknut on by hand.

5. Use the 3 mm wrench to snug the screw until there is light pressure.  It should be tight enough to stay still and loose enough to turn by hand.  Over-tightening may damage the mount or the wand.

6. Install the flashlight into the holder using firm even pressure.  Position the flashlight where you would like it.

7. Repeat the screw/nut/tightening process.  Light pressure is enough to hold the light still.

8. To change the battery simply unscrew the cap with the light installed.
