5 in 1 Nozzle Holder (narrow wedge) for Backpack Sprayers – compatible with FlowZone® Series 2.5 mounts

Description

The 5-in-1 nozzle holster for backpack sprayers is designed to provide a dedicated storage location for 5-in-1 nozzles.

IMPORTANT: FlowZone has multiple mount styles that appear even within the same model number.

This version has been designed for the series 2.5 mount which I call the Narrow wedge.

There is also a “wide” wedge, a “flattened Y” and a “tab” style connector for series 3, swap tank, and series 2 units.

Included Hardware:

• M4×25 stainless steel cap screw

• M4 nylon locknut

• 3 mm Allen wrench

Installation

1. Remove the existing holder.

2. Slide the holster onto the wedge mount. Use firm, even pressure—do not hammer.

3. Insert the screw through the mounting hole from either direction.

4. Thread the locknut on by hand.

5. Use the 3 mm wrench to snug the screw until the threads engage the nylon locking ring.

   – The screw acts as a retention stop to prevent the holster from sliding upward off the mount.

Use Instructions

• Insert the nozzle into the holster.

• Secure the wand using the keeper.

• Do not apply downward force or use the holster as a prying point. See note below.

Ships in a cardboard box with tracking using the carrier of your choice. Flat-rate shipping applies regardless of quantity ordered.

Important Note

This holster is engineered so that excessive downward force will create a controlled stress crack at the mount rather than transmit damaging load into the sprayer tank.  FlowZone® tanks are roto-molded and can be damaged by high impact or excessive side-loads. Normal use will not cause cracking of the holster. Damage to the holster caused by excessive force or misuse is not covered under warranty, as testing shows it requires moderate-to-high impact to produce a crack.
