We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase.

👕 Hats
- Can be returned if unworn, unwashed, and in new condition
- Hats that are soiled, worn, or show signs of use are not returnable
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
🧰 Electronics Kits
- May be returned if unassembled and in like-new condition
- Kits that are partially assembled or missing components are not eligible for return
- If returned in sellable condition, a refund will be issued (minus shipping)
💻 Software & Digital Products
- One-time software purchases can be canceled before download
- Subscription products (monthly or annual) may be canceled at any time, but no refunds are issued for unused time
- All digital content is non-returnable once accessed
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Opened health or personal care items
- Custom or made-to-order products (unless defective)
- Sale/clearance items (unless defective)

- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

🎁 Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit
- If the gift was shipped to the giver first, the refund goes to the original purchaser

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
