Follow these steps to redeem your 30-day NanoHawk offer on an Android device. Google Play supports two ways to redeem a subscription promotional code. Both require you to open the app named in your offer and complete the subscription — entering the code alone does not finish the process.
Redeem first in Google Play
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
- At the top right, tap your profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Redeem code.
- Enter the promotional code exactly as provided.
- Tap Redeem.
- If needed, download and install the app named in your offer.
- Open that app and find the subscription your code applies to.
- Confirm that the offer includes 30 days at no charge and shows the month-to-month renewal price.
- Follow the in-app steps to complete the subscription through Google Play.
Redeem during app checkout
- On your Android device, download and install the app named in your offer if needed.
- Open that app and find the subscription your code applies to.
- Go through the checkout process until you reach the payment method screen.
- If you do not have a payment method on file, add one.
- Next to the payment method, tap the arrow (payment-method selector).
- Tap Redeem code.
- Enter the promotional code exactly as provided.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and tap Redeem.
- Confirm that the offer includes 30 days at no charge and shows the month-to-month renewal price.
- Tap Subscribe to complete the subscription through Google Play.
After the 30-day offer, the subscription renews as a month-to-month subscription unless canceled or upgraded to an annual subscription. Confirm the renewal details displayed by Google Play before accepting the offer.
