Delete account

Creating a SerialCheck™ account is optional. If you created a SerialCheck account, you may request deletion of that account and associated app data.

Delete from the app

If you are signed in, you can delete your SerialCheck account directly inside the app by going to:

Menu → Account → Delete Account

Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the email OTP confirmation to confirm account deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, you may request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. Please identify your SerialCheck account and include the email address associated with that account.

Data retention

Upon request, SerialCheck will delete your app account and associated app data, except for records we are required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or compliance purposes.

Deleting a SerialCheck account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Store subscriptions must be managed and canceled through the applicable app store.
